Industry Solution Partner (ISP-B) Partners (Class B Integrations)

ISP-B Partners integrate with netFORUM by utilizing existing xWeb or web services. The integration is typically done by the partner, not Abila. The partner will enter into a written agreement with Abila that they want to offer this integration. Once the agreement is in place, the partner will utilize existing netFORUM web services to build the integration.

Once the integration has been developed, it will be added to Master Integrations List and be offered to our mutual customers. These integrations are typically available to our mutual customers for a monthly SAAS fee which includes any needed xWeb license. In addition, there may be a one-time startup fee.

Abila will insure that the services through which the interface is maintained will remain unaltered through upgrades.

The ISP will be responsible for maintaining any interface upgrades required due to changes in their software.
